The Duke of Weselton, voiced by Alan Tudyk, is hardly a friend of Arendelle. He's arrogant, self-centered, and would prefer to exploit the kingdom's riches. After learning of Elsa's powers, the Duke proclaims that Elsa is a monster and wants her killed.

The voice actor behind the Duke of Weselton is Alan Tudyk, who gained notoriety for his role as Hoban 'Wash' Washburne in the TV series Firefly and Serenity.
